For those of you integrating external editors with Canon RAW workflows — how well does Luminar Neo play with Canon’s CR3/CR2 files? Specifically, does Neo preserve the original color profile and tonal transitions when doing highlight recovery or deep shadow push? Any thoughts or example comparisons?”
Short answer - usually “good but not identical.” Luminar Neo reads and edits Canon CR2/CR3 raws (it officially lists CR2 and CR3 as supported), and for most normal edits, you’ll get very usable results.
