Unfortunately Canon did not produce medium format equipment. There was three film sizes availabe for the RB67 series of cameras, 6*8 in portait mode on the RB67 Pro SD models ,6*7, 6*6, 6*4.5. for the earlier RB67 models.This camea is a beast I have 8 lenses for the 6*7 and a Nineth one is on it's way, I don't really need them all but I have been drooling over a 65mm, that will bring the collecton up to 10.
The year is 1921, or so the inscription on the case says. But when left is right, right is left, up is down, and down is up, those that people that done this hobby over 100 years before us had something that we will never know. This is not straight forward, nor by any means fast. No information in the viewfinder, no tack sharp viewing image. And the outside looks very different to what we have nowadays. This is a no1a autographic Kodak Jr that was produced from 1914 to 1927. I would so love to actually use the thing one day. Canon RP and a Sigma 70mm macro lens. The first image has a 36mm extension tube to get that little bit closer. Gary
any ideas you'd like to see for April? i've been busy with life this month so missed out on march thinking of maybe something technical like deliberate camera movement or simple like stripes etc
This challenge is what I gave my students today, take a portait shot of a bird or animal with a 50 mm lens or similar. The image is to contain just the head and neck.
