Hi, I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but I can't find anywhere else! I can't log in to image.canon. When I log in using my e-mail, it says it has to send me an e-mail as it's registered an "unusual login". I have no idea why this is, what's unusual about logging in with your e-mail address and password?! It sends me an e-mail, I immediately click on the login link, and then I just get "Your link has expired or is invalid" and I have to do the whole thing again, with the same result! Has anyone any idea what's wrong here? Thanks, Dave.
Yes it is. Actually, since I posted, I've now discovered that the image.canon site is useless to me anyway! Apparently my newly acquired camera, a PowerShot SX730HS, is no longer supported, so I can't upload any pictures. The SX720HS and SX740HS are supported, but for some bizarre reason, the SX730HS isn't! I have no idea why that would be. Cheers, Dave.
