Looking at a Canon M200 for basic photography and short 1080P HD videos. How is the EF-M 18-150mm vs EF-M 18-55mm or other? And how is Canon EF-M 22mm or Sigma 24mm for video podcast or vodcast style videos? Want something I can use for basic photography and recording short videos. For my online classes, I record videos and do basic editing before sharing them with other students.
Also looking at the EOS M50 which if I buy I think uses the same lenses as the M200 or the A6100 from that other company that isn't Canon.

    Equipment:
    Canon M50
    Canon 18-45mm m, Canon 18-150mm m, Canon 55-200mm m, Canon 22mm m, Canon 28mm m macro,
Sigma 100-400c ef, Sigma 18-35mm art ef,
    7artisans 7.5mm m, Laowa 100mm macro ef, laowa 9mm zeroD m, Vintage M42 Lenses:
    Ashi Super - Takumar 1.8 / 55mm,
i use the 18-150mm on my M50 and its the lens i recommend to people starting out photography rather than the kit lens as it covers more focal and its a decent lens too, it has good image stabilization in it.
my gf does video i tend to just do stills
she uses the 15-45mm kit lens without any extra lighting in our front room.

a wide angle lens that is popular for video talking heads and wide is the sigma 16mm ƒ1.4, its a native efm lens so you dont need any adapter, the 18-150mm is also an efm lens

it sound like those two lenses would do you for what you said, the 22mm is a good lens too, i have all the efm canon lenses except the older kit lens as there wasn't much point in getting when i had the other.

the stand out canon efm lens is the 32mm ƒ1.4 its by far the best of the efm lenses and it has a price to match but its well worth the money

if you can get the M50 with the 18-150mm as a kit still then you can use that 18-150mm to see which focal lengths you want to spend some money at.

you can also mount vintage M42 screw mount lenses to the M range with an M42 - eos m adapter, this could be a good way to pick up some very nice fast prime lenses for very cheap compared to modern ones, looking at £30 vs £300 and they are very good performers, they are fully manual but if you are teaching it might be a good thing.

as for the M50, i had it as my first camera a year and a half ago, its a great camera, for me the evf is a godsend for my 51 year old eyes.

a wise choice if getting the M50 will be an extra battery, i wont advise you too much on the video side as i don't have any real experience of it
