I know I can automatically assign the downloaded images from my Canon 6DII cameras to a folder named YYYY-MM-DD but I would like the folders to be just the Year & Month IE YYYY-MM or preferably EG 2025-March. So far I've not found a way to do it. Any ideas!
Download them into the folder as the camera wishes and then rename the folder as you wish it - simples!
That doesn't answer my question, I can do that but it would be preferable, if given the option of customization I could use Year & Month for folder names.
True, but unfortunately we can't always have what we want and looking at the 6D2 manual, the folder naming options seem quite restrictive.
Cheers John but it's not the camera that's the issue it's the EOS Utility software, which if I'm not mistaken as nothing to do with the camera options.
