Good day all I finally made it to Iceland and wanted to download and edit photos but am having trouble editing them on DPP4 version 4.15.0.0. Earlier I could not connect my camera to my macbook and had to rest the wi-fi settings on my camera. I was then able to download some photos. I cropped the raw photo below earlier this morning and shut down the DPP4 App. I opened the app a little later and tried to crop a different photo and the crop parameters did not appear. I have messed around with settings and the crop function still does not work. I even tried recropping the same photo below since I still had the original opened and it didn't work. The first thing i notice is you are showing a preview window popped out, and an un-docked crop window. I'm not sure if you layered screenshots. It does show that you already applied changes in the tool that you can undo. ...So for starters you should go back and view the raw file in the actual DPP4 window and see if are still unable to make changes to the cropping. DPP4 like Lightroom is non destructive and will remember edits, it does not edit your raw file, no editing should edit the raw file. You need to save changes to a TIFF or JPG for printing and other purposes.
