Has anyone got or links to a chart with EF mount minimum focus distances?

re my post in photos "eye like macro" i have been stacking tubes and converters on a 100-400 sigma.
i'm guessing its natural long minimum focus distance has helped out in getting so close, i'm just guessing and going by experimentation.
what i think i want next would be a prime with long minimum focus distance so i can tube it up for 1:5 and greater
i'm also wondering if i should be looking to stick to a zoom so i can pull back if things get too close.

By any chance have you seen the MP-E 65?. Could be worth a look at.
