I tried Canon support - And they didn't seem to understand how it works.
I have a Canon T100 . The standard viewfinder is too blurry for me to use without my glasses, and I hate shooting with my glasses on. I primarily shoot with my left eye. I tried using a -.5 diopter adjuster, and that made it worse. What should I order to get as close as I can to what it looks like with my glasses on? My prescription is below for reference.

    Right (OD) -1.50 0.00 0
    Left (OS) -0.75 -0.75 130
    NV-ADD +1.50

Based on this you may be needing the Near Add number....But I always found diopter adjustment to not be worth my effort, I always shoot with glasses on.
