the reason for the C is to indicate its for canon, if you have one with an S then its probably for sony, the one for nikon is xpro(n) etc, so...
try this see if its any help, as yours is mkII there might be some shifting in the menu's flash trigger i'm using atm is the godox xpro(c) [MEDIA]
on my M50 the cable from camera to macbook is alot lot faster than wifi, putting the card in a reader or straight into the macbook is faster...
still would like to know which tamron lens you have thats auto zoom, i think they did some way back
i think the oddity there is the tamron rather than the others, not many inte changable lenses do auto zoom as they dont have the motors in them to...
what would have made it top notch is if you took your own broom stick image and added that

i use the sigma 100-400mm c with my canon M50 via the ef to efm adapter, been using it 3 1/2 years, excellent walk about wildlife lens, [ATTACH]...
try doing the tape measure test to see if you have back or front focusing going on as the 90D is a mirrored camera look up " back / front...

try Stewart Wood on youtube, he has done some videos with the 100mm Laowa, he mostly does jumping spiders if price is an issue see if you can get...
for table top 2:1 macro i would go with Laowa as the optics are amazing, they are a very freindly company i've asked them questions before both...
